Questo plantare si adatta perfettamente alle scarpe di taglia 47. Se avete un numero più piccolo, potete tagliare la parte in eccesso con delle semplici forbici (vedi la sezione "Come adattare i plantari ARIA alle vostre scarpe").

This footbed fits size 47 shoes perfectly. If you have a smaller size, you can cut off the excess with simple scissors (see the section "How to fit the ARIA insoels in your shoes" below)

Spessori:  sotot il tallone --> 8 mm;  sotto le dita --> 3 mm 
Durezza: 25-30 Asker C

Thickness:  below the heel --> 8 mm;  below the toes --> 3 mm  
Hardness: 25-30 Asker C
